Rush Service: This moves your cards to the front of our grading preparation queue. The grading queue generally is about a 2 week wait currently until we start working on your cards.

Shipping:

Return shipping to you is an additional charge and will be sent via an invoice prior to shipping graded cards back. You will be able to select the insurance value.

Please make sure to package your cards securely and include a printout of this form for us to identify them when you mail them. The information provided in this form will be e-mailed to you upon completion. Please print and include that in your shipment of cards to us.

< I understand estimated turnaround times are just that. Estimated turnaround times can vary depending on backlog with PSA.

< I understand that I will be invoiced when the cards are processed by Graded Vault LLC, and are submitted to PSA. If payment is not received within 14 days of invoicing, we reserve the right to hold cards upon completion, and charge 2% interest, per day, until payment is received. Additionally, if the invoice is not paid within 30 days of Graded Vault's receipt of the customer's cards back from PSA, Graded Vault LLC reserves the right to retain possession and sell the cards to settle the original invoice amount and accrued interest. By checking this box, I acknowledge these terms.

< Sometimes a card can receive a grade that bumps it to a higher grading service level than originally selected. Graded Vault LLC will automatically approve the up-charges, and reach out to you accordingly to pass that charge along. I understand that I am responsible for covering all up-charges and fees to complete the grading order.

< Upon shipping your cards to Graded Vault LLC, I acknowledge that the grading process involves handling of the Sports/TCG card(s) by Graded Vault LLC, Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) Grading & Authentication Services, and its employees, which may include potential risks such as minor scratches, wear, or other damage during the review, prep, and complete grading process. I understand that Graded Vault LLC provides grading review services on a best-efforts basis, and results may vary based on their professional judgment. I release Graded Vault LLC, its officers, agents, and employees from any liability for any damage that may occur to the Sports/TCG card(s) during this entire process.
