Shipping & Refund Policy

All sales are final. If an item has not received a tracking update within 30 business days, we will initiate a lost package claim with the shipping carrier. Once the carrier has completed their investigation and confirmed that the package is lost or stolen, we will issue a full refund to the buyer.

In 99% of cases, orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase. However, during exceptional circumstances, such as holiday seasons or unforeseen events, additional handling time may be necessary. We will communicate any delays to you as soon as possible.

International buyers should be aware that they are responsible for any import taxes or fees imposed by their respective countries. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be settled by the buyer upon the arrival of the shipment.

Please note that we do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final, and we are unable to offer exchanges, refunds, or credits for any reason other than a confirmed lost or stolen package as determined by the shipping carrier's investigation.
