Some items on our website are for pre-order or pre-sale.
What are these items?
Pre-order items are unreleased products that we take reservations for. Depending on the product, allocated stock may vary and fulfillment is not guaranteed. These items have set release dates provided by the manufacturer and can be subject to change.
Pre-sale items are released products that we have on order. Stock for these is confirmed and by purchasing you are reserving an item to be shipped when it arrives to our inventory location. These items will have release windows that can be impacted by postal delays or store closure.
By ordering a pre-order or pre-sale item, you agree to the following:
- The listed release date is an estimate either (a) provided by the distributor or (b) based on the estimated arrival time of our shipment. Shipment dates are subject to change and delays may occur.
- Pre-order and pre-sale items will ship once the product is released, received, and has been processed into our inventory. Orders containing both pre-order/sale and in-stock items may be held until all items are fulfilled.
- Pre-order items may be subject to distributor allocation and we reserve the right to limit quantities or adjust or cancel orders in the event that our allocated quantity is reduced. You will receive a full refund for any items unfulfilled.
- Pre-order items cannot be cancelled or modified after a certain date.
- Prices for pre-order items are subject to market conditions prior to release. Prices per item are not confirmed until your order is placed and may increase or decrease if left only in your cart, etc.
