Important Update as of May 28th, 2026
Effective Tuesday, June 2, 2026, PSA is temporarily pausing new submissions for the four Value service tiers: Value Bulk, Value, Value Plus, and Value Max. Regular and above will remain fully active, with Regular's estimated turnaround time increasing to 40-60 days.
What does this mean for submissions through Graded Vault?
Any submissions made after the change will need to be sent as Regular or above. There is currently no date set for these services being reinstated, but PSA has provided a backlog tracker showing their current status and will begin taking Value submissions again when they can do so reasonably. Our pricing includes shipping and insurance in our store and to and from PSA. The insurance for shipping out from Graded Vault after we've received your cards from PSA is dependent on the return shipping service tier you choose.

*Estimated turnaround times for Dual grading (Card & Auto) tend to take longer than standard card grading.
*Estimated turnaround times do not include our own processing and preparation time. We aim to have all orders processed and ready to send to PSA within 14 business days of our receiving of the order.
Additional Services
- Pass/Fail Initial Review ($2/card screened): Our team reviews your cards and filters for 9's and 10's on ultra-modern cards.
- Rush Service ($15/card): This moves your cards to the front of our grading preparation queue. Our processing time is currently around 14 business days until we begin working on your submission.
- Slab Crack Fee: $10/card
You will be invoiced when the cards are processed by Graded Vault LLC, and submitted to PSA. If payment is not received within 14 days of invoicing, we reserve the right to hold cards upon completion, and charge 2% interest, per day, until payment is received. Additionally, if the invoice is not paid within 30 days of Graded Vault's receipt of the customer's cards back from PSA, Graded Vault LLC reserves the right to retain possession and sell the cards to settle the original invoice amount and accrued interest.
Sometimes, a card can receive a grade that bumps it to a higher grading service level. Graded Vault LLC will automatically approve the up-charges, and reach out to you accordingly to pass that charge along.
*Estimated turnaround times are an approximate completion, but not guaranteed. The estimated turnaround times begin when PSA logs the submission into their system in preparation for the research & ID phase.

Upon shipping your cards to Graded Vault LLC, customer acknowledges that the grading process involves handling of the sports/tcg card(s) by Graded Vault LLC, Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) Grading & Authentication Services, and its employees, which may include potential risks such as minor scratches, wear, or other damage during the review, prep, and complete grading process. Customer understands that Graded Vault LLC provides grading review services on a best-efforts basis, and results may vary based on their professional judgment. Customer releases Graded Vault LLC, its officers, agents, and employees from any liability for any damage that may occur to the sports/tcg card(s) during this entire process.
